With most riders having enjoyed a well earned rest its now time to get back in the saddle
This is also the perfect time of year for anyone thinking of joining the club to come along. The pace of training spins is knocked back and Coffee stops are compulsory! Its also the ideal time to restart if you’ve been off the bike for a while.
The spins leave the Bank of Ireland car park in Lisduggan every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9.30am. As you can see from the picture below you only need to mention the word coffee and a crowd will show up.
